Food – it’s what I know. I grew up on a farm in Northern NY and learned many of my culinary skills from my mother. Without fail, she made three squares a day for the family so there was plenty of learning opportunities for me. Over the years, I have had several inspirational individuals that helped me to extend my culinary visions to ethnic, eclectic and self discovered avenues of cooking. Living in all areas of the US has also benefited me in my culinary trek. Tired of “handing out my recipes”, I’ve decided to put them all in one neat place and hand out the website address instead.
