Kentish mum of 2, Bexz is an avid foodie, loving all aspects of food from searching for ingredients, collecting and writing recipes, cooking and baking and then of course the best bit, eating. Bexz also lives a ‘green lifestyle’ and loves to create new ideas of doing ‘everyday stuff’. Living in the heart of Kent with her husband, 2 teenage daughters and the dog, she likes to get everyone involved in cooking and testing out her recipes, although they mainly like the tasting part 😉 Bexz also owns 3 businesses and is a successful ‘mumpreneur’ and top of all that, is also a freelance journalist. Bexz’s articles have been published in Reuters, USAtoday, FoxNews, ABC Magazine, Chicago Sun Times, BlogNosh Magazine and more Bexz. also writes on various parenting, green living and not to mention, mostly food topics. Although Bexz loves ‘going back to nature’ she is also quite the geek. Owning an IT company and also an avid MMORPG gamer and writes and designs scripts and plugins for various CMS systems. Bexz also sings, can play a multitude of musical instruments and writes her own music. She often listens to music whilst she is cooking and can be found dancing in her kitchen whilst baking cakes.
