My name is Beth "Binky" Neels. I graduated from Cornell University with a degree in horticultural. I love to use my organic vegetables and herbs from my garden, in my recipes. I help my husband with his car dealership. I am the proud mother of two wonderful young men, and I'm slightly obsessed with this project the rest of the time. I have been collecting recipes since I was a child. I love to try different recipes and love a challenge. This little project was born from a desire to share some of those recipes (making them healthier, where possible) and to also share lots of original dishes. I would appreciate any input and ideas you have to improve this blog!
