I'm a retired RN and live with my husband and his 80+ yo mom for supportive care. I love to cook and some people may call it a passion. I'm following the ketogenic diet and I feel so good, and I can recreate most everything I'm avoiding because of the carb overload, I can duplicate using both almond and coconut flours.
