.I have been an organic gardener for 50 plus years. i love to cook.and now changing my diet . to a ovovegetarian, some raw vegan, and paleo diet. i want to add alot more herbs and greens to my diet and non gluten grains. I love to study about nutrition, and do alot of research on health. I bought a salad called mojita cuban quinoa salad at the deli. It was really good except it had soy and canola oils, and preservatives in it,which I don 't use.I copied the ingredients down and made my own but somthing is missing, so I'm looking for other recipies for mojita cuban quinoa salads. I found your site and hope yuo have a good recipe . .
