I'm a 53-year old from Egypt and only realized four years ago that I'm a real foodie, and since then I've been spending most of my free time between cooking and checking recipes online or in cooking shows/books. I'm a big fan of Food Network. My favorite chefs are Ina Garten, Giada De Laurentiis, Tyler Florence, Bobby Flay, among others... I love mainly Italian, Mediterranean, and Provence cuisine, in addition to some delicious dishes from around the globe.
