I enjoy blue sky, the smell left in your hand when you crush fresh rosemary, belly giggles (especially from tiny people), the feeling of fresh cotton sheets on my skin, romance, chivalry. Simple pleasures. There is no substitute for decent olive oil. I don’t wear yellow (=sallow) and pink is my favourite colour. I have a red teapot that my son gave me for Mothers Day; it makes my herbal teas taste sweeter. I run uncooking classes, workshops and talks through my mindful eating business, A Foodly Affair, because I think just about everyone could benefit from incorporating more living foods into their diet but it can be challenging to know where to start. I published Love Thy Food in 2012 to document my foodly journey up to the point that I started my business (in 2010). These posts are my adventures in consuming and living, in my words. I hope my journey inspires you – to (un)cook, to eat, to live!
