I am a cheerful Holistic Nutritionist and founder of Jesse Lane Wellness, a web based holistic nutrition practice and holistic recipe resource. I am also the resident Holistic Nutritionist at Yellow Gazebo Clinic in Toronto. I am passionate about nutrition and works with my clients to exceed their wellness goals. I will help you adopt fun healthy habits that you can get excited about. My protocols include nutrition and healthy living education along with diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations. I love to play in the kitchen and create holistically delicious recipes that accommodate a wide variety of food allergies, diets and lifestyle choices. Before becoming a Holistic Nutritionist, I worked as an engineer for seven years. I understand the challenges of working in a corporate office and I am able to empower employees to take charge of their health. This will result in fewer sick days, motivated and energetic employees and a happy work environment. I really enjoy public speaking and would love to share my knowledge at your next corporate event or lunch & learn. I offer engaging wellness workshops to both large and small groups.
