My story is like many others who aspire to the wonderful world of food and all aspects therein. As a child some of my first toys where pots and pans. I can still remember sitting on the floor in the middle of my Mother’s kitchen with pots and pans all around me. I still have one of the pots to remind me of how it all started. Now after graduating 44 years ago and working in as many different establishments as possible, I still have an overwhelming passion to continue seeking out as much culinary knowledge as possible. It’s an addiction I don’t want a cure for.
