I am a 77 year old grandmother. My husband has become gluten sensitive. I bought your gluten free flour at Costco & am very impressed. I have been trying new things that he will enjoy & that taste good. Today it is pie crust. I have been using a "recipe" from my mother. Almost nothing is measured.. I would like a recipe that it measured, therefore more accurate. I used to cook a lot but don't much anymore because of back problems.
