A Whiff of Spice is my humble endeavor to bring spice back in the lives of people suffering from Diabetes and who feel good food is a thing of past. Diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes at 28 left me shocked and traumatized. Slowly I gathered myself, went to programs, read and researched a lot and realized: "Diabetes is not the end of the road... Its a new beginning to healthy living!"
