I got my passion for the kitchen from my mother, with whom I was allowed to bread potato croquettes or build mason's pies as a three-year-old. Not my studies as a dietitian, but a 2nd hand copy of 'Ma Cuisine pour tout le monde' by Escoffier, has given me the everlasting passion for cooking and good food. That is why I like to experiment with strange ingredients and dishes, and also grow vegetables or herbs that are difficult to obtain. I'm curious!
