I'm a Guy, and I've had to learn cooking Asian foods very quickly after my Mom passed away. What I know, to this point, is what I've learned "hands on" from my Dad (who has also passed). I'm putting a collection of Asian recipes, to pass on to my Daughter for her use. I'm glad, and I find it a privilege to add your recipes to my book.
